Refund Policy

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and a Tina's Treasures issued RA#. Please contact us for authorization and instructions on how to proceed. Defective goods will be replaced or given account credit. Tina's Treasures is unable to accept returns for the following reasons but not limited to; Used merchandise will not be eligible for returns due to health and safety reasons. Damaged packaging Any product that is missing components, accessories, or any other piece included in original condition Products which are not in the manufacturer's original packaging Items with an expiration date such as personal lubricants and other topicals, contraceptives, and edible items.
